EmberVault is a free entertainment experience. There's no real money involved at any stage. Points, scores, and anything you accumulate on the platform exist purely within the digital experience and carry no value outside it.
You need to be legally allowed to access entertainment platforms in your region. By using EmberVault, you confirm that's the case for you.
We ask you to be respectful. Don't use automated tools or scripts to interact with the platform. Don't try to break things on purpose. Don't harass other users if social features are present. Basically, treat the space the way you'd want others to treat it.
Everything you see on EmberVault — the visuals, sounds, game mechanics, text, and design — is our original creative work. You're welcome to enjoy it, but please don't copy, redistribute, or repurpose it without written permission.
If the platform goes down temporarily, if your progress is lost due to a glitch, or if something unexpected happens during your experience, that's just how digital things work sometimes. We do our best to keep everything running smoothly, but we can't guarantee perfection around the clock.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. If we make significant changes, we'll make an effort to communicate that clearly. Continued use after updates means you're comfortable with the new version.
